A 6-month, research-based, real-world reset for charitable foundation leaders who are balancing ambition, wellbeing, and impact. Comprehensive program covers the following topics:
clarifying individual definitions of success
identifying priorities and supportive boundaries
increasing self-regard and combatting imposter syndrome
putting boundaries in action through intentional conversations grounded in healthy self-worth
strategies for continuous vitality
integration planning and practice to convert new, large-scale changes into affirming routines.
Program includes each of these components monthly:
One live virtual workshop (~2 hours):
Independent integration work, with customized feedback from Katy (~60 minutes)
One 1:1 coaching session with Katy (~60 minutes)
Continued experiments, reflection, gentle catch-up space, and Community Forum (~60 minutes)
